Lawyers for Hunter Biden on Wednesday asked a federal judge to issue subpoenas demanding documents from former President Donald Trump, his ex-attorney general Bill Barr, and two other men.
Biden’s lawyers said the documents are needed for him to prepare his defense in a criminal case.
